Can't the text of the registry setting exist as a .reg file? Then that
file could be made available to the users, who would then have to merge
it into their own registry, by double clicking said file? Also, are
there not ways to remotely administer registries? If so, wouldn't it be
useful if I could provide instructions, rather than just asking these
questions, the last one of which is rhetorical?
