You're speaking like someone that's never been a bully and you are reading
more into the attack than is really there.  This wasn't an attack on
humanity or an attempt to disrupt global economy.
It was an unprovoked attack on The Unite States of America.  It was just
that and exactly that simple.  It's our fight and nobody else's.

The reason that NATO should be involved is that terrorism is a global
problem.
It can affect anybody anywhere, and an attack on the financial centers of
one
country can affect other countries.

All countries in the world have a stake in the outcome of this.
