Your disc drive enclosure can support the additional drives.  It can
hold 5 Half Height Devices.  So you can add either 3 or 4 C3044U opt
002  drives.

The Tape (DDS-2) mentioned should be adaquate for an average 8 Gb
system, however if you have a very full system with all binary type
data you may have to put a second tape in from time to time.  Typical
compression is 2.:1 maximum compression is 4:1.
