Thanks everyone...

As what you've said, I think I can confirm that it has something to do
with the file access.

I noticed that the Group access becomes GU from AC.
If it's okay, can anyone give me drastic differences of the two?
Thanks a lot! =)

Thanks,
ianne

The ASCII code for ']' is 93. You are getting a File System Error 93,
which is "SECURITY VIOLATION (FSERR 93)".

The MPE security matrix for this file is not allowing you to open it.
Do a ":LISTFILE filename,SECURITY" to see where you are being blocked.
You need to be allowed the appropriate access at the account, group, and
file level, or the file needs to be :RELEASEd.
