The file VERSION.SCOPE.SYS should contain a listing of the expected
versions for a given release of SCOPE.   Compare that file to the output
of the VERSION Command in the UTILITY program.

The MPE/iX 6.0 versions should be:

Version B.09.06 is an MPE/iX 5.0 version of SCOPE/iX and is not Y2K
compliant.
