this isn't hard to do. in our system logon udc, i have the following
line:
setvar term "hp2392a"
this corresponds with what /etc/profile is doing with:
export TERM=${TERM:-hp2392a}
with the 'term' variable set, both vi and man should word without any
problem. - d
