For a serial connect the HPDTCPORTID of a session is something like
0103_0800096d47f7. For VT sessions this is blank.
The 0103 is the Card / Slot in the DTC. The 080009 is the Mfgr of the
DTC (=HP), the 6d47f7 is the DTC-unique ID.
