Wirt - I have found that PCs depreciate so fast that buying a last
generation costs next to nothing - my HP pavillion that I am typing on right
now =- P166, built in scanner - cost $3000 3-4 years ago is now worth a few
hundred.

Of course you have less speed and less disk but more reliability.

I bought a genuine IBM on OnSale - P166 - no monitor - 2GB drive, 64MB for
$100...
