I claim that only the creator can use the SAVE command, from a user.account
viewpoint (not from a human viewpoint, since one human could do a "BUILD"
of a temp file, and walk away from the terminal, and then another could
walk up and do a "SAVE" command).
At Gavin's urging I did just test the following:
1) STAN created a perm file;
2) FOO logged on and, using PRIVMODE FCLOSE (file#, 5, 0) moved the
file to the session temp domain;
3) FOO can now do a SAVE command on the temp file.
However, I claim that using PM (or any product using PM (MPEX!)) is
not valid in considering an answer to the question. Why? Because with PM,
I could arrange it that any command could be done by any user, so all answers
would be valid ... which isn't very interesting!
