Good to hear from you again!

For your question "TCPGLOBAL command in NETTOOL's"

This was fixed as per SR 4701-261024 by our friends in Bangalore.
Currently the fixes are beta test 5.0 NSTEDD6 and 5.5 NSTEDH9.
I expect to see this fix rolled into the very next GENERAL RELEASE
patch for 5.0 and 5.5, so it should be soon, I would recommend
waiting...  Check support line for patch availability.
