What was the previous "alphabetic" file prior to /CBSINV/DATABASE/CBSIA3NE
where either the HFS filename took 25 characters, or the file-name part
took 8 characters ... did that file's file-name part end in "NE"?   That
would imply a bug in cleaning out a buffer when building filenames.
