I for one, appreciated the sensitivity of Conrad's original posting and
the his intent of trying to explain that an upcoming change was not related
to the recent tragedy. Unfortunately others chose to twist this same
visible symbol of this tragedy into a means of yet another round of
COGNOS-bashing. I, for one, was quite taken back by the unprofessional
manner and insincerity that was displayed. I only wonder how they
might feel if they had lost someone in this unfortunately accident and
others chose to use its visibility in such a manner at the expense of
their lost friend or loved one.

It seems that some simply can't recognize sensitivity and sincerity
when its right in front of them.
