You can come up with the original message immediately, but only if you
already knew what it was.  Otherwise no amount of computation will increase
your knowledge of the content of the message.  You can produce all possible
messages from the cyphertext and still have no reason to choose one
possibility over another, so your infinite amount of time does you no good.
