I use the job scheduling capabilities built into MPEX.  If you already
have MPEX, you already have a simple job scheduler at your fingertips.
It uses the BACKG background job to keep track of the schedule.
Additional capabilities are available in the MPEX version of the
Stream command.  Does everything I need it to do.
