Tim,
I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish, NMDUMP.PUB.SYS will read and format the log files.
LINKCONTROL @,a   <--  will show you an over view of each NIC card.
NETTOOL.NET.SYS <-- RESOURCE <-- DISPLAY will show you if you are reaching the limit or exceeding any buffers.
