Current version is 8.0.4.  Don't know about this exact problem, but
recent patches included in 8.0.4 fix many W2K issues.

As I recall, if you have 8.0.2 or 8.0.3, you can download patch to
8.0.4.  If you have 8.0.0, you can download patch to 8.0.1, but have to
call WRQ beyond that.
