Nope, no review - it's MS Word formatting bloat vs. plain text.  The reason
I did it was that I wanted to save it for later reading and didn't wish to
print directly from HTML and chew up a small tree (37 pages).  I sent it to
Michael (who told Lars of it's existence) in the event someone else wanted
to download it for later (and offline) reading.
