It would seem to be a trivial thing to allow us to send email to
[systemhandle]@itrc.com or some such scheme that uses ids unique to me, my
system, or my company, where email would only be accepted from set
addresses. I would then want to see the reply in the form
[ticketnumber]@itrc.com, for all ensuing correspondence. Once that ticket
was closed, email to that address would be refused. Obviously, any such easy
means of contact is subject to potential abuse from being too easy to use,
but that is unlikely to be a major problem to begin with, and some simple
restrictions should reduce the likelihood of misuse.

It could be further clarified by adding the correct area to the domain name:
support.itrc.com, contracts.itrc.com, etc.
