Ok...so it occurred to me to wonder: how many of the above have ever
posted to HP3000-L?

Before I answer that question, let me point out that participation
in HP3000-L isn't a requirement of Interex board membership.

To find the answer, I used the HP3000-L search engine at
http://raven.utc.edu/SCRIPTS/WA.EXE?S1=hp3000-l

Disclaimer: I might have searched incorrectly, and the search engine might
be missing entries ... but curious readers are free to do their
own searches.

The answer is:

        2

(Diane Amos posted two "job opening" notes back in 1996)

Hmmm....

I then searched for postings by Chad Gilles, and found at least 74
postings. (Since I knew Chad's email address, I searched via
http://www.dejanews.com, using a filter of comp.sys.hp.mpe and
cgilles*)

I also searched for Mark DiPasquale (sp?), but didn't find anything.
(That search was based on his email address, so I might have fouled it
up.)

Gavin suggested checking the other Interex board candidates, but a
very quick and casual search of http://www.interex.org didn't reveal a list.
