Since the three government branches are supposed to be separate, bar lawyers (judicial) from becoming legislators.
All representatives are required to file their own taxes, without assistance. This would show they understand the tax laws they create.
Repeal the 17th amendment, this would go a long way to reduce the need for term limits.
I am not to fond of the 16th amendment as well. ;-)
