Others agreed.

The problem with this discussion is that we have no assurance that VESOFT is
listening.  From previous postings it has appeared that they have no
(official) person monitoring this list.

Does anyone have a suggestion regarding encouraging VESOFT to be more
inclusive in their HELP facility?
