Hi Folks,
    One of the most complete lists of file codes(courtesy of Stan Sieler)
can be found starting at page 32 of the SMUG VII Pocket
Encyclopedia(10-1997) by Bob Green at Robelle. I wasn't able to find a copy
of the manual at their site, but perhaps it can be found elsewhere. If one
does not have this incredibly informative 1/2" manual, I would spend
whatever time it takes to get one.
