We'll volunteer to collect the money.

I've talked it over with the other people here. To do this properly, we have
to set up another account for just this purpose. We'll do this today.

What we also need is an external auditor, someone who is completely unrelated
to our operation. I hereby appoint Ted Ashton to that task. I have never met
Ted, but he seems honest enough. As each contribution comes in, we'll email
Ted a record of that contributor and its amount.

To send your contributions, our addresses are:

     AICS Research, Inc.
     PO Box 4691
     University Park, NM 88003

     AICS Research, Inc.
     640 West Las Cruces Avenue
     Las Cruces, NM 88005

Use the second address for FedEx and UPS shipments. Our phone and fax numbers
are:

     (800) AICS-INC
     (505) 524-9800
     (505) 526-4700 fax

Because this will be a new account, wire transfers won't of course be
possible until we get a bank number. However, we would discourage wire
transfers under any circumstance. We simply don't get good documentation with
a wire transfer until the end of the month. If we don't know your money is
coming and we don't have good documentation from your end, we have no
indication that it has arrived until we receive our bank statement.

If this acceptable, you can begin sending your contributions (of any size up
to $1000) to us today. INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. We will send you and Ted a
receipt the moment we receive it. Make your checks payable to:

          HP3000 Ad Campaign/AICS Research, Inc.

A bank account is only insured up to a $100,000 limit. If the contributions
go over that, we'll start a second bank account in order to secure the funds.
