Quite the opposite, actually. :)
The system on which I've been testing is running 7.5 PP3; whereas I
believe I've gathered that Tracy's is running 7.5 PP5.
Seems odd, though, that something like this would get broken.
It might be interesting to look at the message catalog on an old 6.0
system to see if CIERR 9030 existed back then. But I don't think I have
adequate motivation to boot ours up.
