According to Steven (Alan writing).

As I said above, this need is not for us. We have telnet access in from
the Internet right now (catalog.fred.lib.md.us) thanks to Eric Schubert's
N(ot) Q(uite) Telnet. We (MIS folks) are part of the local County
Government, so I don't think we have free access to Netscape right now.
We do have access and use Enhanced Mosaic that comes with WRQ's RNS
series. Our problem is for John "not Internet Savvy" Public who has WWW
access and can be anyplace in the world.

Also, how would having Netscape help us with WWW access to VTLS? Unless
you are talking about the next paragraph.

We are currently using this with Enhance Mosaic!

Again, I don't think John Public is patient enought to go through this
downloading of a client. Of course I have one at home (not Reflection),
but you can call me Alan "computer nerd" Ambers.

We do this now. If you visit http://sailor.lib.md.us and click on
Libraries and then Public Libraries and then go down to Frederick County,
you can get to our catalog there. *Oh heck with that*, we ARE on the
hytelnet page for VTLS, but I can't get to it since I don't have RCL
script to connect to the browser. I do have Reflections so I can telnet
directly in.....

I'll pass this along to the library folks.

Boy, if you were using VTLS over the WWW in http, you are so close for a
visit.

Steven, thanks for the information. I am sending this back to the list
just in case some else is using VTLS library software on an HP3000 and WWW
(http) access with the VTLS WWW software (or any other method).
