Cool,

Converted to get about 11psi where I live, at about 7000ft - don't have to breathe very hard when bicycling (lung capacity 125% of "normal".) Have functioned OK  at 12Kft (about 8.5 psi).  I might last a little longer than the average passenger at 20Kft with 6psi, but I'd probably get pretty darned clumsy after a few minutes.
