Last time I checked, Apple held about the same market share of the PC
market that the HP3000 holds in its market. Maybe larger. Also, I seem
to remember the same being said about the HP3000 and MPE a few years
back, that the 3000 was dying so HP was focusing on the 9000 and
HP-UX... And you all know what happened; so I wouldn't count Apple out
just yet. The G3 Macs are *screamers*, and should be a good alternative
to NT server when Rhapsody ships (no, I don't know the time frame, but I
think it's supposed to be next year). And if you can't wait, get
Virtual PC (Connectix) and start running NT on your G3 Mac *right now*.

Nor does a company die just because people say it's dying.
Just another opinion.
