We ran into a problem recently with an application placing too much code in the limited amount of space allocated to XL's. When it would load up ahead of other app's, other XL code would drop off the bottom end because HP's dedicated XL code space is limited. I do admin, not programming, so I might be a bit off base here, but could that have something to do with it?

Subject: [HP3000-L] Vague Apache error
A CGI web page under Apache 1.3.14 has its output cut off in mid-page and
is generating the following errors in the Apache error_log file.
shell/iX> pwd
/APACHE/PUB/logs
shell/iX> tail -5 error_log
callci: error reading temp file
callci: error reading temp file
callci: error reading temp file
callci: error reading temp file
callci: error reading temp file
shell/iX>
A HP Business Basic program is being run from a shell script and there
appears to be something related to output buffering causing a problem
because as I add "PRINT" statements early in the program, I lose more and
more output from the latter parts of the program. However, the transfer
lengths reported in the access_log file vary from about 1K to just under 7K
(never more than 7K) for the page.
When I run the shell script that launches the compiled program, the program
runs normally, and all output is correct.
Any ideas as to what is going on here and what file the "callci: error
reading temp file" refers to?
Thanks!
John
