According to what I was told by the HP lab, you should use INFO=PROCINTRINSIC
on the compile and forget the DEFINE(INTRINSIC) inside the program.
The INFO=PROCINTRINSIC does more error-checking at compile time, and
thus decreases the possibility of a run-time error.
