Interex Board Votes to Support Hewlett-Packard/Compaq Merger
Sunnyvale, Calif.--March 11, 2002--In a unanimous decision by its Board of
Directors, Interex, the International Association of HP Computing
Professionals, today announced that the organization intends to vote the
shares of its holdings of Hewlett-Packard stock in favor of a merger between
HP and Compaq.....
