Jan,
you can use DbChange on an existing database i believe, or if you are
creating the database from scratch you can supply the curr/max/increment
values in the capacity statement. i don't think DBUTIL has the ability to
turn DCE on.

i use Adager to turn it on or off by supplying the curr/max/incr values in a
CHANGE CAPACITY command.
