I have a problem with SambaIX 0.7c on MPE5.5:

First I have created a directory in posix /SAMBA/SHR named bianca, edit the
smb.conf to add this share and finally I have mapped this directory in the
W95-Explorer. After copying some files, directories and subdirectories to
this share from my PC with the Explorer, I get the problem, that I can't
remove the directories and subdirectories. I tried it on the posix shell
with the rm -r command as manager.sys but permissions are denied. What is
the reason? Can anyone help me? [...]46_26Apr199913:47:[log in to unmask]

I'm having problems setting up Network printing from an HP3000
to Jet Directs. (Currently we use XSPOOL to dump printjobs
to Novell queues).

So far, of the 5 JetDirects/printers I've tried to print to,
only 2 have to worked.
This is using 2 different models of JetDirects, 3 models
of LexMarks and a LaserJet 4 with no discernable pattern as
to what works or doesn't.

Printers are all defined the same in on the HP3000 and the
Jet Directs all look the same in JetAdmin.

The ones that *don't* work actually do print....repeatedly.
They go into a loop printing the job, then the following message
on the console, and repeat until the spooler is manually stopped.

---Error message---

10:44/304/Output spooler, LDEV #203: The IPCRECV intrinsic reported
error 64 while waiting for a generic event completion. The error text
is: REMOTE ABORTED THE CONNECTION. (SOCKERR 64) Native Mode Spooler
message 9646

10:44/304/Output spooler, LDEV #203: The device has reported a power
failure or other interruption while outputting SPOOLID #O3971. The
spooler will attempt recovery. Native Mode Spooler message 9022

Any ideas??
Bob.
