Dave,
  Thanks for your message about the pricing.  A 7x jump still seems pretty
steep, but the background reasons make sense.  Could you give us a feel for
how Jim's situation compares with the typical situation?  Did he end up in an
unusual spot or was 7x fairly typical in the changes necessary to get the
hardware prices back in line with the 9000 line?
