Looked and Looked and Looked and could not find information on NETXPORT
messages that appear on the console.  I know what most of them are telling
me and I am pretty sure I understand this one (some on tried to ping or
connect without success to the 3000).  However as I can't find any notes or
references to this exact message I was hoping someone can point me to
documentation on these messages or validate that what I understand is really
what is going on (or maybe that I really am in left field and it is time to
call it a day).
