I couldn't agree more! Fortunately, Outlook allowed me to create a rule that
would immediately delete any message with the words "rotating blackouts" in
the subject line.

This list is going down fast.

The intelligence level of this list is always stated to be high.  If so,
then why have I seen the following:

Blaming the new president for the CA problems, one day before he takes
office.

Insulting different parts of the country and the people who live there.

Then again, its the people on this list that state the intelligence level.

(Remember, e-mail is the worst way to convey ideas.  Humor is difficult at
best.  We are only using a small portion of our senses when reading e-mail.
 What may sound funny and like a joke in your head as you write the
message, many times comes across as insulting.)

Remember, the whole world is listening....
