hi all!

i've got this script that is a front-end to security/3000's 'adduser'
process:

Enter the person's first name (// to exit): bozo
Enter the person's last name (// to exit): clown
Enter the user name (// to exit): user
Enter the account name (// to exit): account
Session name for bozo clown is: bclown
HPSTDIN = LISTUSER.PUB.SECURITY    <<< showvar
HPSTDLIST = $STDLIST               <<< hpstd@

when this script is run from the ci, you can easily see that hpstdin is
equated to a workfile -- listuser.pub.security -- and life is joyous.

however when this same script is run from within a security menu, i
get:

HPSTDIN = $STDIN
HPSTDLIST = $STDLIST
Executing   SETVAR _SS_EOF        finfo(HPSTDIN,"eof")
Processing LISTUSER.PUB.SECURITY
NONEXISTENT PERMANENT FILE  (FSERR 52)
An error occurred while accessing the file for FINFO. (CIERR 9984)

ack! is there a solution to this problem?

here's the io redirect line from the script:

xeq !HPFILE entry=process < *listuser

(and yes, the file equation is present as is the file...) - d
