Try SHEETMATE!
 
This is a program which allows you
1) select automatically or manually coulums from a QUERY or BRW or other
report;
2) send them in the desired
- spreadsheet,
- dBASE,
- comma delimited text
...
file format to your PC.
 
I had a demo copy of it.
Some unfriendly features:
1) If the automatic column detection must be modified then you have to
write down the new column starting positions, widths and types from
scratch.
2) If your data contain national characters, like Spanish n~, they may be
lost or incorrectly converted in the output files.
