Neither a lawyer nor citizen I be;
   but the way that it seems it must be,
that the right to assemble is granted
  to those both for and disenchanted
with the grantors thereof, don't you see?

So to exclude from ye few
   those whose views ye eschew,
would not be given as right
  indeed, you would face quite a fight
from the good ole A C L U

Sorry about the doggerel. When I'm working late my brain gets fried.

I don't think that the right not to be annoyed is ever going to get
enshrined in anyone's constitution any time soon. The right to be
left alone is not one that any centralized government is going to
give its subjects, ever.

Regards,
Jim
