We have noticed that in a batch job, FTP fails with an empty file, but the job
does not abort. Here is an example. Our work-around, of course, will be to WRITE
or ECHO some text into the file with zero records.

Is this a known problem?

 ftp> put hebdbnpm
 200 PORT command successful.
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for hebdbnpm.
 426 Connection closed; transfer aborted.
 SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION. (SOCKERR 0)
 ftp> dir
 200 PORT command successful.
