When I commented that I couldn't find the AIF manual at docs.hp.com,
I was being misled by #$%^ Netscape's "find" command.  The "find" failed
to locate the word "AIF", so I mistakenly thought the AIF manual link wasn't
on the page.  As Barry points out, it is.
