I cant' attest to the quality of the screen designs (they looked good to
me).  However, I know that for instance, if you want to enter Oklahoma's
initials, OK, into a pull-down on the WEB, you have to enter OO instead of
OK (O then K will get you Kansas).  I did mention that the screen entry
testers were from the old school (where OK was Oklahoma), so I can see that
some of it's an issue of training.  No doubt a new entry person who is used
to the WEB's version of OO for Oklahoma would have no trouble at all
(assuming that the new entry person can understand that the customer meant
Oklahoma when they wrote OK into the State field of the source document).
