It depends.  You already paid for Reflection.  You could probably connect
to your HP3000 with Reflection AND telnet but on WANs, nothing beats NSVT
for bandwith usage and performance.  With Telnet, each character generates
1 packet and that character's echo generates another packet.  Under NSVT,
only a [Return] or a block mode [Enter] generates a packet.  On LANS, it
doesn't show but on low speed wans, NSVT is a lot better than Telnet.
