Board Chair, although way up there, doesn't
rate as an employee position.  That's a
stockholder item.  A board could vote to
buy or sell any company asset they want,
or anyone can buy an aircraft out of personal
funds.

But a personal aircraft as a perquisite by
virtue of only employment is another matter.
Bill or Dave may have been able to use a
Gulfstream IV in 1985, but not as as an
employee.

Carly, as Board Chair and CEO, enjoys the
benefits of both positions.  (It's good
to be Queen.)
