I spotted Eugene Volokh on "Life & Times" at 00:05 PDT on KCET (ch 28)
on 11 November 1997.

He was talking about California's Proposition 209 and represented the
"UCLA School of Law" on his subtitle.

U.S. Supreme Court, as the court refused hear a challenge made against
