If you have a dial-up IP address within the same subnet as your direct
connect NIC card. When you send out a packet I believe it will attempt to go
out both ports. The subnet mask is used to distinguish between cards. This
setting may be mixed up or not set right. Check the subnet mask for each
card and see whether they will come back with allowing a packet to go to
both places. Normally you should not get a internet connection window unless
you are attempt to send a packet to that particular port.
