Hi Donna,
Let me try, and by the way I would like for you to send me an email with
the call id from the response center.
Thinlan cable spec is for RG58 coaxial cable. This cable is for fifty
ohm applications and uses fifty ohm terminators. This contrasts with TV
coax which is 75 ohm. IE, be careful if you buy at Radio Shack. Make
sure you are at one of the Radio Shack computer stores.
If you need pre-connected cable and know what lengths you need, I can
provide HP part numbers for you. Another source for pre-connectored
cable is "BLACK BOX"; they can be reached at 412/746-5500 or via fax at
800/321-0746.
There are no rj numbers for thinlan; unless you are referring to the
terminal connectivity to an MDP or DDP. If so, it is rj45.
