It might be the "exclude all non US"  ip addresses ... who do I write to to fix that?

Folks who have decided their computers don’t need to accept some kinds of TCP/IP connections from outside USAnia.

Their server, their rules.

No mail seen from HP3000-L since 05 September and the webby archives on raven.utc.edu don’t show any later messages, so I guess SMTP still works.
