Or rather, didn't realize that the ANYPARM function wasn't as old as the
ANYPARM keyword (silly assumption on my part). I own this one.
Since the ANYPARM function is not on 5.5, the new command file being
worked on won't be able to swallow the exact same sequence of ' and " as
on a 6.0 box but will work for the more typical vanilla case.
(My bullet proof vest worked but I got shot from behind ;-)
