Dave,

    There are some bugs with 7.09 versions less than E3.  I would
recommend getting 7.09E3.  However, we are having some trouble getting
quick in PH709E3 to run.  It simply exits with CJCW set to one and no
message.  Still, qdesign from E3 definitely fixes some bugs that were new
in 7.09.
