I attempted to cast my ballot yesterday and got the error. The vote may
have gone through and you just don't get a satisfactory screen result.
Or it could mean complete and utter failure. One has no way of knowing.
So I presume a second ballot, if successful, just overrides the first.
I think it worked that way last year also.
